No. Many GRIT clients have purchased properties in Dubai and the US entirely remotely — from Australia. Our team manages every step locally on your behalf: site visits, developer meetings, legal documentation, and settlement. We've helped investors based in Perth, Melbourne, and overseas complete international acquisitions without leaving their home city.
Membership pricing is discussed during your strategy session, as it depends on the scope of your portfolio plan and which markets you're investing in.
